Children may begin interceptive treatment as young as seven years old. Early treatment may simplify and/or shorten future treatment. Braces at a younger age can assist teeth to emerge from the gums into the proper positions. Most children are treated with metal braces and can add colorful bands at each visit to make the treatment more fun. Clear and Invisalign braces are also offered and many teens choose these options. Dr. Do will discuss the treatment options and help you and your family select the best option for your child!
